Swedish - Manual muscle therapy, designed to bring about relaxation for soft tissue (muscles).
Therapeutic - Massage services designed to bring about relief for a pathology or structural problem.
Sports Massage - Designed to reduce recovery time after a sporting event or to decrease injury related to a sporting event or to enhance sporting performance.
